Reliance Consultancy was established in 1998 and in 2004 was approved as an Affiliated Partner of Ministry of Industry and Commerce, later named as “Professional Body” to render direct services of company formation and sole proprietorship firms registration and to execute relevant formalities with the concerned authorities on behalf of Investors from the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad.

What we are doing

Advising on the most appropriate legal structure to meet the Investors requirements.
Apply for registration of companies and sole proprietorships, execute and obtain relevant approvals from the concerned authorities, as required for the business of the entity.
Preparation of Deeds and Articles of Association, Share Transfer Deeds and other related documents in Arabic and English for notarization thereafter.
Advisory and assistance in processing merge transaction and acquisition, segregation of branches and change legal status of companies and sole proprietorship firms.
Preparation for Partners and Board of Directors and General Assemblies of Shareholders, including preparation of minutes and written resolutions.
Formalities for transfer of ownership of company shares, sole proprietor firms to heirs of Partners/Owners.
